As a UI/UX director, my role in the development of this website was to ensure an intuitive, user-centric design that simplifies the complex process of choosing internet services. Understanding the diverse needs of users in their quest for internet services, the design process prioritized user-centricity at its core. Through extensive user research, we identified common pain points and challenges faced during the search for internet plans. I led the team in CRO activities by implementing A/b testing tools and processes so that we were constantly optimizing our site in small, yet impactful ways. We used Google Optimize and then Convert.com to conduct our A/B testing which resulted in an increase in conversions and a deeper understanding of our users.
In adherence to principles of inclusivity, the design prioritizes accessibility for users of all backgrounds and abilities.
