I led the team in CRO activities by implementing A/b testing tools and processes so that we were constantly optimizing our site in small, yet impactful ways. We used Google Optimize and then Convert.com to conduct our A/B testing which resulted in an increase in conversions and a deeper understanding of our users.
In adherence to principles of inclusivity, the design prioritizes accessibility for users of all backgrounds and abilities.
